Unlike the locally produced Holden, Ford and Chrysler inline 6 cylinders, parts for the old Chevrolet Stovebolt (Blue Flame) engine are not easy to come by in Australia. Now available as part of the Cal Custom range of exhaust headers, the 2-piece Stainless Steel Headers for the Chevy 216-235-261 are the go-to solution for replacing your old tired cast iron manifold.

Engineered to suit the 1937-62 Chevy Stovebolt inline 6, the Cal Custom tube headers feature 1-3/4 inch primaries with a 2 inch split outlet design; ideal for a dual exhaust pipe system. Unlike most aftermarket headers, these units feature two welded-on bungs which allow you to plumb heat risers to your intake manifold. Note that these bungs are blind, therefore if not used then they do not require plugs to cover the holes.

Important Note:

• The threaded bungs welded above the collectors are designed to accommodate a heat-riser system. These hole are blind therefore there is no need to fill/cover the hole if not in use
• No fitment instructions are included
• As these are universal, some applications may require modifications in order to fit.
